All properties require a minimum of $3,000 EMD to be wired into escrow within 24 hours of signing a purchase contract. Please request wire instructions as not all properties close with the same title company.
Please expect to close within 14 days of executing your purchase contract. Rarely does it take more time than this, but if it does we will let you know.
